9:00-10:00 Sessions Behavior Basics, Operational Definitions, and ABC Data Travis Quintana (BCBA) An overview of several foundational concepts within Applied Behavior Analysis. The training will also introduce a methodology to write accurate operational definitions of behavior, as well as demonstrate how to collect effective ABC data.

It will cover the definition, its importance for social emotional learning (for both staff and students) as well as some basic strategies to help develop this competency.
Restorative Circles for Relationship Buildings Shantail Miller & Team Community Building Circles are a restorative practice focused on strengthening relationships and creating a sense of belonging. This training equips educators with the skills to facilitate safe, inclusive circles that promote trust, accountability, and connection among students, staff, and families. Participants will learn core circle values and facilitation techniques, practice leading circles to build classroom and schoolwide community and develop strategies for integrating circles into daily routines.
